By accessing and using the Mariposa Training website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information to keep it current.

3. Course Access and Use

Courses purchased through Mariposa Training are licensed for individual use only. You may not share your account, copy course materials, record presentations, or redistribute any content. Course access is granted for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect courses already purchased.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase for courses that have not been started (no slides viewed). Once a course has been accessed and content viewed, it is not eligible for a refund. To request a refund, contact support@mariposatraining.com.

6. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course presentation and post-test. You must pass the post-test with the minimum required score. Certificates are generated based on the information in your account profile. It is your responsibility to ensure your name and license information are correct before generating a certificate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including courses, text, graphics, logos, audio, and video, is the property of Mariposa Training, Inc. or its content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mariposa Training provides its services on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mariposa Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
