Browse our catalog and click "Buy" on any course you would like to take. Add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout where you can pay securely with a credit or debit card. Once purchased, the course will appear in your student dashboard under the "New" tab.
Once purchased, courses are available for one year from the date of purchase. You can start and stop the course as many times as you need within that period. After one year, the course will expire and you would need to purchase it again.
Yes! Our system automatically saves your progress. When you return to the course, you will be able to resume from where you left off. Your progress is tracked by slide and audio position.
If you do not pass the post-test, you can review the course material and retake the test. There is no limit to the number of times you can retake a test. Each attempt is recorded in your test history.
After passing the post-test, go to the "Completed" tab in your student dashboard. Click the "Print" button next to the course. You will be asked to verify your name, then your certificate will be generated as a PDF that you can download and print.
Yes, our courses are approved by multiple state boards and accrediting bodies. Each course listing includes specific approval information. Please check the course details or contact us if you need approval information for your state.
Click the "Sign In" button and then select "Forgot Password." Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you instructions to reset your password.
Yes! We offer facility management tools that allow administrators to add students, assign courses, and track completion. Contact us for information about volume pricing and facility accounts.
Our courses work on any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. You will need a stable internet connection and speakers or headphones for the audio portion of each course.
If you have not started a course (viewed any slides), we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once you have started viewing a course, it is not eligible for a refund. Please contact support for refund requests.
During checkout, you will see a field to enter a coupon code. Enter your code and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete your purchase.
